MELT Method
MELT gets rid of stuck stress and creates a strong, flexible body.
You will see and feel results after just one session.
The MELT Method® is a revolutionary self-care system that restores the supportiveness of the body's connective tissue to eliminate chronic pain, improve performance, and decrease the accumulated stress caused by repetitive postures and movements of everyday living.
New research has revealed the missing link to pain-free living: a balanced nervous system and healthy connective tissue. These two components work together to provide whole- body support, protection, and mind-body communication.
Who is MELT for?
MELT is for anyone who wants to slow down the aging process and live better, longer. For those in their 40s, 50s, and older who want to stay active, mobile, and independent — MELT is a must. MELT is for active younger adults and athletes who want to maintain a fit, toned body and achieve optimal performance without debilitating wear and tear.
MELT is truly for everyone! Even if you are pregnant, injured, post-surgery, overweight, sedentary, out of shape, have limited mobility, chronic pain, knee/hip replacements, or bone disorders — you can still MELT. It’s the best starting point for any exercise program.

Functional Fitness
You can be fit, healthy, and vibrant at any age!
How do you want to age? The fastest-growing segment of the population is the baby boomers, many of which will reach the age of 100 by the year 2046. If we baby boomers, as well as the next generation, are going to live well beyond the traditional retirement age of 65, the quality of our lives depends on us being fit, healthy and active, both in body and brain. Being fit and active permits you to function more effectively in the world, from lifting a suitcase, to shoveling snow, walking the dog, and getting down on the floor to play with the grandkids. It keeps you independent if you want to travel, gives you the confidence to take on difficult tasks, and allows you to be the best version of yourself, living to your fullest potential.
What is Functional Fitness?
Life is three-dimensional. We reach, lean, twist, bend, turn and change directions constantly throughout the day. Functional fitness replicates these everyday movements by incorporating whole body movements such as pushing, pulling, lunging, and rotating in all three dimensions. Functional fitness builds muscular strength and stability, as well as speed, agility, endurance, and power. It can improve cardio-respiratory function and has the added benefit of challenging motor control, coordination, balance, and cognitive skills.
