Small group classes and private sessions are available in-person and on Zoom!
Classes can be joined by clicking on the links below.

Small Group Training on Zoom

Improve strength, balance, and flexibility from the ease of your own home, with functional exercises that will enable you to stay strong no matter what fitness level you are at. You will get personalized instruction, motivation, and support, with a small group of truly amazing friends!

You will need a set of light weights (and heavier ones if you have them) plus a Theraband and a sturdy chair.
